There are also many job search sites that offer you the opportunity to upload your CV onto their database. This is a great way of circulating your CV / resume remember that you may still have to complete an online form for some posts.
If you are completing an online Application Form, make sure you plan your application offline first. Use a word processing package (such as Word) then save it to your computer. By doing this you can run a spell check before you post your application online system. This also means you’ll have a back-up if there’s a problem with the form.
An increasing number of sites offer the option of completing and storing your application. If you do this in more than one session, make sure that you keep a record of any usernames and passwords so that you can get back in.
